Also I am thankful for their views, comments and criticisms which have helped me greatly to refine my work and shape it in a proper manner This research study examines the underlying reason for different levels of Motivation among trainees
The drive stimulates a search in the stack of behaviour patterns within the person for the appropriate behaviour that will satisfy the attainment of the goal, thus fulfilling the need that started the process. The irony of it is this: if lower level needs are satisfied now, many employees expect other satisfactions. M1050% stay with the firm to face their examinations and getting through them. Such a person might be happy with an assembly-line job. The manager must study the groups, specially their norms and strength in applying the Need Satisfaction Theories for motivation. they must take a long-run view of the climate as an organisational asset. It also influences the way we think about the people, ideas, and objects around us. It shapes how we see, taste, smell, feel, and hear. 3 Effect of Dynamic Personality Personality is one of the major causes, which make the applicability of Need Satisfaction Theory into organisational environment not simple. The scope of this research is limited to the findings related to trainees of the firm. There seem to be trainees who have been doing the same work for a long time although their aim is to gain experience in variety of fields.
