It is expected from each of the trainees to perform the work assigned to them independently meeting the required skill and professional competence. Parents act as models for many child behaviours and reinforce certain attitudes. Personality of an individual will be one of the main variables, which define the perceptual validation of the need levels by that individual. This reveals just as in B6 that most of trainees has been doing routine & monotonous work where they preference lies in gaining variety of experience.
