GoldenEye 007 Glitches & Secrets 1.0How to get to the Secret Island in Dam The developer of GoldenEye, Rare, initially wanted to let players leave the docks to access a small island in level one in Dam - but like so many things, the idea was kicked out. Rare took the feature out, and many guns, ammo, and men but left the island in and thought it had heard the last of that little island with the two towers, with a drone gun...But curious agents armed with sniper rifles spotted the island by zooming in on the horizon, and it drove them nuts trying to figure out ways to get the secret island of two towers, until now. Unfortunately, you won't be able to get there without the use of the GameShark, InterAct's ingenious little cheat device (available in stores). Program these codes in you're Gameshark Now save the code, select it, and enter the game. Start level 1 (Dam) and make your way to the last dock at the right bottom of the dam. Go to the far edge and press the R and L buttons at the same time. You will now be in the water. Walk toward the far horizon (zooming in with the sniper rifle, you can see the island). Hold the L Button and press Right on the Control Pad. If Bond is holding the watch laser, what the heck is holding the gun? You can also try to pair up the detonator and another gun in single, or multiplayer mode. Just press Start while playing and go to the menu with the controller's picture and press Start again, and you should see the N64 controller backwards in the game. Well, the good news is that the pictures for the player select screen are still in there -- but you need a GameShark to access them. You can do this code anywhere, but it's best to do it on the Multi-Player Character Select screen while looking at the last available character (Mishkin or Moonraker Elite).
