What I think of my college
When I started thinking of my future, after high-school the next logical step for me is university. So some months before I finished high-school I started looking at my options. After two months of hard thinking and a lot of talking with my parents and consulting with other people (students, professors) I choose New York College. It was my choice to get education different then the one whole my family got.
When a person makes a decision that important we usually tend to neglect some details. And the opportunity was there so I decided to take it and go study only in English. It's a new way of learning that I'm very fond of and expect it to bring me more knowledge then the very old method of studying that is still used in our universities. Of course I don't agree with all the things that we do but mostly it's been a great experience so far and I hope for the future. One of my friend said to me "You've been talking Macedonian for all of your life so now it wouldn't hurt you to improve your English" I completely agreed with him. I'm saying this because now after a few weeks of going here I would really like the breaks between classes to be a bit longer or maybe we should have a cafeteria in our building. Now I've started classes and I'm still intrigued of the way we make things happen around here. iggest advantage that I have from studying here is that the way of learning is more and more progressive and up to date. At first these thing seem insignificant but in my opinion now they are very important for us the students at NYC.
