During the 60s and 70s the issues on the 4th amendment came about. The growing population and the people getting educated on abortion and birth control, many people started to famaliorise in those methods, and the states objecting to their decisions they said that their 4th amendment was violated. Roe V. Wade case took place on December 13, 1971 and was reargued on October 11, 1972 and it was decided on January 22, 1973. This case is related to the abortion laws in the state of Texas. There was a pregnant single woman (Roe) who wanted to take on the action of abortion, but illegal in her state and it was said that it is only legal if the mother's life was in danger. Roe wanted to make a change and challenged the Texas court by saying that her 14th amendment was violated, which is the right to personal liberty and her 4th amendment was violated, which is the right to privacy. The Supreme Court divided the woman's pregnancy into three trimesters, which equals nine months. The first trimester the court said that the state may not interfere with

Here is were the states have all that power and the state has the right to regulate abortion and say no to abortion all together. I believe that if one has the decision to have sex they are accepting the consequences that come along with it, whether it is STD's or pregnancy the people have to be responsible of their actions. Connecticut Griswold v. ------------------------------------------------------------------------**Bibliography**. the in a woman's decision to have an abortion. The Supreme Court said that it was unconstitutional for Connecticut to have such law that infringed the 4th and 14th amendment. This prevents abortion that really is wrong and it prevents bringing unwanted kids to the world. The state of Georgia law proscribes abortion except as performed by a licensed Georgia physician, and when abortion is only allowed at his best clinical judgment if the mother's life or her health is in danger, if the fetus is going to be born with no serious defects, of the pregnancy resulted from rape. This case dealt with a medical director, a licensed physician, were convicted as for giving people information and medical advice on how to prevent conception, and after a certain examination the physician would prescribe a contraceptive device or material to the wife's use. The third! trimester the court said that this stage the fetus is able to survive outside the woman's body on its self. This case deals with abortion also. The court said that it does not violate the rights of the 4th and the 14th amendment in the three situations that were mentioned in the case of Roe V. I do agree with the concept of the aborting the fetus if is going to have some kind of effects through out life that the kid is going to have through.
