During the 60s and 70s the issues on the 4th amendment came about. The growing population and the people getting educated on abortion and birth control, many people started to famaliorise in those methods, and the states objecting to their decisions they said that their 4th amendment was violated.
             Roe V. Wade case took place on December 13, 1971 and was reargued on October 11, 1972 and it was decided on January 22, 1973. This case is related to the abortion laws in the state of Texas. There was a pregnant single woman (Roe) who wanted to take on the action of abortion, but illegal in her state and it was said that it is only legal if the mother's life was in danger. Roe wanted to make a change and challenged the Texas court by saying that her 14th amendment was violated, which is the right to personal liberty and her 4th amendment was violated, which is the right to privacy. The Supreme Court divided the woman's pregnancy into three trimesters, which equals nine months. The first trimester the court said that the state may not interfere with the in a woman's decision to have an abortion.              trimester the court said that this stage the fetus is able to survive outside the woman's body on its self. Here is were the states have all that power and the state has the right to regulate abortion and say no to abortion all together.
             When it comes to abortion I utterly disagree with the opinion of the defendant Roe.
