             Six Sigma is a combination of statistics and philosophy of quality. "Six Sigma starts with the premise that you can't improve what you don't measure, and it provides statistical tools to help do that. The ultimate goal of Six Sigma is to improve our performance and our product yield by reducing the number of defects inherent in the processes and the materials used to produce them."
