My detailed Bible Study on Salvation Salvation is simply a gift of God. It is the eternal redemption of your soul. It is a promise of the Lord that you will reside with Him in heaven once this life is over as opposed to spending it in hell. For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Romans 3:23,24 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.John 3:16 All have sinned and whosoever believeth gives an indication that every single person needs salvation. God desires that nobody goes to hell, but at the same time He know that many, too many will. It is really sad that people will perish when the gift of salvation is free and availible to all.
