The Lives and Accomplishments of Chester Bell, David Packard, and Bill GatesThree pioneers have made landmark breakthroughs in computers: Chester Bell, David Packard, and Bill Gates. Bell began Digital Equipment Corporation where he worked on the programmable data processor series computers and oversaw the production of virtual address extension.
