catholic vs. public school

It was halfway through the seventh grade when my parents and I decided that it was time for me to transfer schools. I was about to transfer toPublic School. Prior to this, I had been attending Catholic School. These two schools are total opposites, but at the same time they have many similarities. Catholic School was a very small school. In one building they had a pre-school, a kindergarten, and also grades one threw eight. Each class was between twenty and twenty-five students. There was only one teacher assigned to each grade, and they were given their designated classrooms. I stayed in the same classroom a

Even at lunchtime, I went to the cafeteria, got my lunch, and then I would bring it back upstairs and had to then eat my lunch at my desk in my classroom. I had seven different teachers per day, this was something I was not used to. Catholic School, and Public School are at two opposite ends of the spectrum, and I now feel privileged to have experienced the similarities and differences between them. ------------------------------------------------------------------------**Bibliography**. Public School was also a relatively small school, but after going to catholic school, it seemed unbelievably large. My class was made up of approximately nineteen people, and this class was made up of the same people every year, except for the select few that would switch grades or schools. ll day and the same teacher would teach every subject. The biggest difference however, was that I got to switch classrooms. Due to the fact that the class was so small, everyone became pretty close friends. I also had to wear a uniform to school. was only grades five threw eight, and it still had more students than all of Catholic School combined. Each class was still only twenty to twenty-five students, but there were four classes to each grade. The uniform consisted of a pair of navy blue dress pants, and a light blue golf shirt. On the other hand, there is public school. Some of the people would stay in the same class, but it was different for the most part.
