Capital Punishment

             What would happen if someone saw two kids arguing on a school playground?. Would they care? Do you think it would even be brought to our attention?, should it be?. These are all valid questions of our justice system. In the state of Texas they still use capital punishment, people die for the horrific things that they have done wrong. People believe that this is what these people disserve. Maybe they do. Is it right for us to die for the mistakes that we might have made? or do we have the right to call something so awful a mistake?.
             It's believable to say that two kids arguing has totally nothing to do with our justice system, or capital punishment. It's also fair to say that if these little things become unnoticed ( kids arguing) it can lead to problems big enough for capital punishment to take place. Is taking the life of someone really worth the pain and suffering that you'll put yourself through, even if your not in the state of Texas doesn't mean you wont go to jail. It's a cruel justice system because ignorant and selfish people make it that way. Regardless to what right and wrong, people who believe that killing someone doesn't mean you should die for what you did to them and their family, is committing a crime themselves.
             Who are we to say that innocent people haven't been convicted of murder, killed for a crime they did not commit. Although if there were capital punishment throughout the world, the crime rating would drop a lot because everyone would be to scared to do anything wrong and have to suffer the consequences. Those of whom do not care about the consequences and go along with killing someone or extremely hurting someone, disserves what punishment they get.
             Is society that naive to believe that people with commit a crime once and that's it. Why should anyone have to life knowing that there are murderers in the city or town?. Everyone disserves a second chance, but you don't h
