affirmative action
Affirmative action is a plan to increase the number of minority employees at all levels within an organization. In this paper I will be explaining the racial discrimination, and how it exists in the work place. I will also discuss what affirmative action is and what are the pros and con of this program. So in this example it shows how it isn't fair to the people that are not minorities but are very well qualified for the job.
