Management is the process of using organizational resources to achieve organizational objectives through managerial functions of planning, organizing and staffing, leading and controlling. To accomplish these goals, a manager must perform these four managerial functions. These functions, structure the way a manager molds his or her abilities in carrying the role of a manager. The following are implemented managerial functions, which are:
             · Planning is a set of goals where as a manager, we look into the future and ask ourselves " Here is what we have to accomplish and how are we going to do it". Planning is an essential part of a manager's lifestyle because it is needed to do an effective job when planning. It's a process where steps must be taken, one at a time. Careful analysis takes place as a manger decision-making technique take place.
             · Organizing is the process of allocating the necessary resources to carry out a plan and achieve organizational goals. Its an involvement of assigning activities, dividing work into specific tasks, and specifying who has the authority to accomplish certain task.
             · Leading is influencing others to achieve organizational objectives. Leadership involves energizing, activating, and persuading others. It involves dozens of interpersonal processes: motivating, communication, coaching, and showing group members how they can reach their goals. A manager's leadership is a key component when seeking results through people. It focuses on inspiring people and bringing about change.
             · Controlling is the aspect to determine whether performance conforms to the plan. Managers must control and take corrective actions if need to accomplish a job. Creating and applying necessary revision or fine-tuning to an original plan may be necessary in the decision-making proceeds.
