Bill Clinton the life the legacy

             President Bill Clinton inherited America at its' worst and do you know what he did with it? He whipped this country back into shape and got us on the road to social and economic prosperity. In just one year he was able to drop the countries unemployment rate from 7.4% down to 4.0%. That was the largest drop in America's history since World War II. Also he was one of the first presidents after Nixon to really make an effort to open up trade relations with the Republic of China. Clinton was the first president to use the MTV media as I call it. It is a way to connect to youth across America on their level so they can ask the questions that matter to them. Through out scandals and good times he did what needed to be done in this country to keep it moving forward, that is a true leader. Bill Clinton was the best president since John F Kennedy for many reasons, but mostly for his ability to balance the economy, his work in foreign policy, how he related to the youth of America, and finally his ability to stay cool under pressure.
             In 1993 when President Clinton came into office he inherited one of the worst economies America has ever had. Thanks to raganomics and twelve years of creating less than 175,000 jobs a month can do that to a country. Clinton came in and
             with in one year raised that level up to 248,000 new jobs a month, The largest
             change in the job front since the depression. Not only were jobs created, but
             he gave money back to the middle class, the people who actually benefit from tax returns. This was a change from the Bush and Regan economies, which used trickle down economics. In this economy the top ten percent get most of the tax money back because they supposedly spend more. It has been shown that, the idea doesn't work. The middle class takes their tax returns and spend it back into the U.S. econ
