Who is to blame for Romeo and Juliet

Who is to blame for the death of Romeo and Juliet?
After reading the play Romeo and Juliet I found it very hard to acclaim the blame of Romeo and Juliet's death to a particular character. Every character in my opinion have a part to play in their deaths, you cannot direct the blame on one particular person. Everybody shares the blame.
In the beginning of the play both families, the Capulet and Montague are at war with each other and the reason for this is unknown to anyone, all we know is that it had begun a very long time ago and this can be seen in Act I's prologue from line 3
From ancient grudge break to new mutiny,
This proves that the feud had been going on for a long time and that it had a big part to play in the deaths of the children because if there was no war between the families then Romeo and Juliet would have been able to marry in peace. There would have been no need for a secret wedding because they would both have blessings from their families to go ahead with the wedding, but as the story has it they didn't.
The Capulet family can be blamed again because they were forcing Juliet to marry someone else who was Paris, this can be seen in Act III scene V line 154 -155.
To go with Paris to Saint Peter's church,
Or I will drag thee on a hurdle thither.
Being forced to do something that is not of your own will can make you rebel, so this could have spurred Juliet on the more to purposely go and marry Romeo who is not her family's choice for her.
Another character to blame for the deaths of both Romeo and Juliet is the nurse. The nurse had lived with the Capulets for a least about 16 years and she knows that there is a feud going on between the Capulets and the Montagues but yet she encourages Juliet to go on and marry Romeo, but we could also say that she was doing it to make Juliet happy because she didn't want to marry Paris, this can be seen in Act II
