             Ever since the start of time, change usually has been a good thing. As we got closer and closer to the new millennium, change was almost a scary thing. Change in political power was common in the twentieth century. In 1990 the entertainment business had some new faces exposed. Great tragedies fell upon the 3rd world countries in 1990. ( Breen 1350-1351) As we got through the twentieth century, and as soon as 1990 came around the world was scared to change into the year 2000. 1990 was the last decade in the millennium. 1990 was a year of great change political change and entertainment evolution.              In other parts of the world political change was not as common as in the United States. In Haiti, for the first time ever, a radicle priest name Jean Bertrand was elected president. In another part of this world, Greece's prime minister was filled in by Constantine Mitsotakis. He was sworn in as prime minister in January 1990. Well, back in the United States, President George Bush called up for the federal reserves. He also rallied the United Nations, the U. S. people, and Congress and sent 425,000 American troops.              As the years progressed, drug use continued to go up. The use of marijuana and crack cocain sky rocketed. Marijuana although illegal was easily accessible.              was put on trial a few days later for illegally using cocain. He was videoed taped smoking a pipe full of crack. ( Breen 1349-1350) Political change and reform was happening all over.
