animal farm
Animal Farm by Goerge Orwell was first published fifty years ago but it is stll being enjoyed by young readers today. Salinis Russia was Orwells target. Orwell was educated in Eton in England. After he did service with the British colonial Indian Imperial Police in Burma, he returned to Europe to earn his living writing novels and essays. He was a social who attacked both capitalism and communism. Becides Animal farm, his major works include a novel based on his experiences as a colonial policeman, Burmese Days; two first hand studys of poverty,
But the animals had a different way of handle there problems. They were not as pacient or peaceful. The end of the book could have been a little better in showing how revolutions tend to end but other than that the book was well writen. in the end when the animals started to talk to people and didn't really give an explanation why or what happend after that. Some main characters in the book include Napoleon who happend to de the pig and the main leader of the farm, along with Boxer, a very strong and efficient horse. This book shows how a farm is taken over by its overworked, mistreated animals. Today we know that its devastatingly clear that whenever freedom is attacked, under whatever banner, the cuting claruty and savage comedy of George Orwells writings have a message that are still clearly thought. Animal Farm truly states what a revolution is and how it may occur. It teaches a lot by just reading it and understanding the facts. The author shows the dificulties along with strengths wich may have to be faced. By reading this book I have a lot more knowledge about how revolutions tend to start and why.
