Introduction: Have you ever wondered what the differences In the Spanish entertainment and the Italian entertainment? Well, the truth is there are lot of minor differences in every field of entertainment between the two countries. Spain on the other hand may be up to date on its entertainment while Italy is trying to catch up on it's entertainment.
             Statement of controlling purpose: The purpose of this paper is to compare and contrast the Italian Entertainment to the Spanish Entertainment.
             Italy and Spain both have the game of fotbal (American name soccer) Soccer is Spain and Italy's most popular spectator sport. Every city has a team that competes in a league.
             Basketball is a sport which is not yet popular is Italy but is very popular in Spain. Since 1980 Spain basketball has come increasingly popular. Each city and town has there own team and league were some Americans play. The rules of the game are similar to the NBA. Both countries have bicycle racing. Italy's sport of bicycle racing is an actual team sport where in Spain it is just a hobby. Bicycle Racing is a sport, which the Italians have all ways have done well. Each spring the tour of Italy draws national and live attention. Motor Racing is another Italian favorite. Other Games and sports that the Spaniards play are Bullfighting, Tennis, Skiing, Swimming, and sailing.
             Unlike Spain the Italians have performances that are apart of plays. Italian drama consists of slapstick and rude repartee among commercially masked actors with dances. The Italians soon lost interest in opera and turned to comic opera. Italy's first theatre had no seats.
