             Whenever I feel overwhelmed or worn out from work, school, and everyday life; I just go to my room to clear my mind and relax. You can find me lying across the bed, listening to music when I want to escape from all my problems and when I just want to be alone in my solitude. It is the one place where I feel the most safe, like a baby in its mothers arm, and most comfortable. At first glance, it may look like any other rooms in the house, but in fact; it comes with its own style, as do the other rooms in the house.
             The room is an average size space, about 15 feet by 21 feet, with a desk, a computer, a dresser, a closet, and of course, a bed. When entering the room, a light scent of honeydew melon overcomes you; from a candle that I burn when I want to relax. When the candle is lit the honeydew aroma overwhelms the room, as if it where smothering the air occupying the room. Painted a very pale mint green with a bright white boarder trim at the top and bottom are the colors of my walls. An authentic, aesthetic oriental rug lies in the middle of the room. An imprint of a tiger, patterns the rug with the colors of black and light brown. It is the first object that stands out, the rug with the tiger imprint, when walking into the bright mint green colored room. The iron sleigh bed, pushed up against the wall next to the oval shaped window, over looks the back of the yard. Above the bed is a framed copy of the painting "Water Lilies," by Monet. Looking over to the left of the bed is !
             a nightstand pushed up against the corner of the room. There is a pale blue iron frame picture of my friends and I on our high school graduation on top of the stand. Next to the frame picture is a black and red trimmed digital alarm clock with a Mickey Mouse face. The texture of table is rough, from my little brother scratching the top of the nightstand board with a nail. You can see tiny black spots smudged within the grooves of the scrat...
