Governments of the people, for the people, by one person?

Throughout history there have been many types of government systems. Our society has improved on the mistakes and also, improved on the strengths. The type and style of leadership has changed over the years, in parts of the world. Otto von Bismarck, Tsar Nicholas II and Camillo Cavour had very important roles in the history of Europe. They had dominating personalities and an inclination for political rule. Both Bismarck and Cavour were educated and knew what they wanted for their country. Tsar Nicholas II, on the contrary, inherited the throne of Russia and had little knowledge of politics and government systems. With these personalities and their styles of leadership in the governments according to how they ruled in history, these three men would not be able to peacefully govern a modern day country with a democratic government system. In a democracy, this day and age, government is only one element coexisting in a social fabric of many and varied institutions, political parties, organizations, and associations. The structure of a democratic government is much different then that of Bismarck, Cavour and Nicholas II had created.The first area in which these men would fail is that it is not a dictatorship.
