The other side of this argument is that steroids should be legal and it is the athletes choice whether to take them or not. If you are a training athlete put in your time at the weight room and eat a healthy diet. In men, these side effects may include: reduced sperm counts, impotence, development of breasts, shrinking of the testicles, and difficulty or pain while urinating. Both forms of these anabolic steroids are illegal and have negative side effects on the human body.
