             Japan is now an exceedingly successful country in the way that the industrial nation shares numerous resemblances with other major countries. Japan has become very large, has overpopulated cities, crammed streets, and many high – rise buildings, offices and factories, all contributing to environmental hassles. The Japanese have lost a lot of land and have gained air and water pollution.
             The Japanese live comfortably, healthy and well educated.

             The majority of Japan's population consists of people with basically the same characteristics: Straight black hair, dark brown or black eyes, olive skin and minimal hair on their face and bodies.
             During the last 100 years the Japanese population has grown from approximately 40 million to123 million, though 90 per cent of these people still live on the coast.
