The third and final set of super starships has been launched, the U.S.S. Prowler - this ship is one of the state-of-the-art ships and has all engine drive capabilities available. Admiral Stone, call sign Admiral Prowler, is in command of the titanic ship. It has the capabilities to hold over a dozen starbases or four dozen starships. With this ship we will be able to go all over the universe in a matter of seconds. Over the next few days we will be running tests on the ship before it gets its first assignment. I hope with this new battleship nobody will cause any problems with the Federation. I believe that this ship will become the new StarFleet Headquarters for the Federation and I believe that Admiral Stone will be promoted to Commander in Chief of Defense (CinCD) or to Vice Commander in Chief (VcinC). With this possible promotion, Captain Bowers, call sign Captain Zarak, will be promoted to Fleet Captain or Rear Admiral, Chief of Operations.
