With parents starting to spend less time with their children in this "go-go" world, kids are forced to find other ways to spend their time. Now that video games are becoming cheaper and more visually stunning, kids are spending more time playing games like Tekken and Zelda then going out with their friends. However, do parents really know what are in those games? Do they know that some games teach problem solving skills, while others have shown to increase aggressive tendencies in children? Are the informed on the hottest selling games and how many of those have a "mature" rating? Do they even know how much and what games their kids are playing?
