I believe the reason Hitler hated the Jews was because they were easy to blame. He needed a reason to explain why Germany had done so poor and why the people should rally behind him. To support his argument, Hitler concluded that since they controlled most of the businesses and took up most of the jobs in Germany, that they were the reason for Germany's poor economic position. There were over 300,000 in neighboring France and Czechoslovakia and over 3. This could also stretch into Hitler's plan of a "master race" in Germany by having his people controlling everything. Before WWII started, there was an estimated 210,000 Jewish people living in Germany. By controlling most of the businesses they could regulate the economy to their liking which would not always be in the favor of the rest of the German country. To help him sway the people of Germany, Hitler might have concluded that the reason the economy was doing poorly was because the Jews owned most of the businesses in Germany. Since the number of Jews was great it would be easy for Hitler to convince his German "master race" of people that they were the reason that Germany had sunk to its level.
