Looking For Richard

Today's society taking a look at ShakespeareWithin the film "Looking for Richard," Al Pacino takes the works of William Shakespeare and tries to make it more understandable to today's society. Pacino says, "are goal is to reach an audience who normally would not pay attention to these type of plays." Pacino attempts to pull together a cast that can help to explain the historical background, the language spoken within the play, and many more of the confusing topics related with Shakespeare work. This film shows the amazing play structure of Richard III and also the behind the scenes making of this play. The actors struggle to perform the play in a more understanding manor and it shows their long struggle. When looking at this film an important factor to focus on is the casting of such actors within the film. By using famous names for the film, it will make audiences more attentive to the actual story being told. When asked to do such a part an actor must do his or her best to try and fit into the part that is given to he or she. This as easy as it may sound is actually a rather hard task. This is due to the fact that he had previous agreements with other movies which made the production of this movie be put on hold from time to time. This film shows the depths an actor or actress will go to try and get into a part being played. He has played in many interesting movies one being "The Hunt for Red October. The cast itself was filled with life and enthusiasm once the film had gotten underway. The actors had to be chosen very carefully for each part. They received reactions such as "Richard who" from a large percentage of people asked, and also some people were giving them lessons on Shakespeare. "You do not have to understand every word that is said, as long as you get the gist of what is going on. The actors who were chosen were all very devoted in working together in getting this film across to the public. Through this film we see Pacino in many different fashions. The actors for this particular film had to work many hours on searching for information on the actual creator of the play, William Shakespeare. Yet, during the off time of the film Al still studied and worked on it in his spare time. Estelle has also taught at many prostieges universities such as Yale, Columbia, and The National Theater Institute at the O'neal Center. They have achieved this goal by playing in many motion pictures that were greatly enjoyed by the public eye. From here they had to try and make the effort of getting the words of Richard the III back to the audience in an understanding manner. Pacino an eight time academy award nominee played the part of Richard III within the film.
