Expressing a recent problem in my life is an easy thing to do. I have a problem in my math class at the college. I was away from school for a couple of classes because I was sick, therefore missing a few assignments in my classes. I have a big test in Psychology on Wednesday, I have three assignments in math I have to do before Monday, and also work four times a week, and play hockey twice a week. Other then that my life is going in the right direction. Circumstances in my inner critic that level against me in my situation is that I should of called my teachers and explained to them I was sick and if it will be possible that I could get my homework. Not doing this is a sign that I was lazy. Next time I will use my inner guide and not be lazy, get on the phone and get someone to pick up my work. I learned the hard
Math is another circumstance, I blame it on the teacher that I am not doing well in the class, but really if I studied I would do better and pass the class. Sometimes I do not want to go to work so I think of calling in sick, but I don't because I know the money will be handy in the future. Circumstances that my inner defender might level against someone else or life as a result of this situation. Taking the time to think is all you need to succeed in life. As a result of this my inner guide tells me that when my coach is watching my improvement in stamina he will play me in the crucial time. Sometimes when I run I just want !to quit and lay down because my inner critic is saying that I do not have to run that much, but my inner guide is saying keep going it is better for you. It goes the same in school, when I am frustrated in my classes because my teachers give to much homework to do, but that is not the case at all because my inner guide tells me that I had plenty enough time to do this and it is just because I am lazy. When I run for hockey I think why am I doing this for, my coach will not play me anyway. ------------------------------------------------------------------------**Bibliography**Jimmy's brain. I have learned that changing your inner conversation is the only way to go. Another circumstances that I use my inner critic and my inner guide has to do a lot on sports that I play in my life. I should use my inner guide and study extra harder, so that I could pass the class and feel good for myself. way because know I am swamped, but sometimes that is the best thing to do to wake you up and smell the coffee. I am not good in math and my inner critic is that; I am not good in math so why should I study when I am going to fail anyways.
