When the ship wasfinished they put it in the water and waited to leave. It was a rough journey coming to America. Then they all boarded the Mayflower and set off. The pilgrims all had to eatfish every day. A kid on the Mayflower was playing with gunpowder and almost blewit up. They all had to sleep together and some had to sleep on the floor. They all ate during thenight because they didn't want to see what was crawling on their food. The Pilgrims finally were able to have their own religion. They had some trouble with the winter and the Indians, but theysurvived, and were free to practice their religion.
