An Internet Browser is an application program that provides a way to look and interact with all the information on the World Wide Web. The basic functions of the browser are to make requests of web server throughout the Internet on behalf of the user and display the information on the computer screen. It acts as an interface into the web, doing whatever is necessary to carry out user requests.
