Sidhartha

Siddhartha's life is full of interesting. He lives like 3 different people. He has got 3 different lifestyle throughout his life. First part of his life, he lived with his family like his father, mother, friend and his society. Second part of his life, he lived with Samanas and Buddha . Third part of his life, he lived with Kamala. Children live theirs first part of life with theirs family as well as Siddhartha. He still child when he lived with his family at that time he wants to follows his father "Brahmin". He is thirsty for knowledge. His philosophy of life is learning more and more. As the book states "There was happiness in his father's heart because of his son who was intelligent and thirsty for knowledge"(2). His father, his environment is happy to Siddhartha because he gave happiness to and delights to everybody. When he starts to grow up as well as his philosophy of life starts to change. He wants to different type of lifestyle. The religious men follow the teachings and practices but they have not yet experienced the true self. Siddhartha shows some impatience with this. He wants feel the experience of the self. He does not want to wait forever like his father and other religious men. As the books states "Siddhartha


For example hem must become empty for thirst, desire, dreams, pleasure and sorrow. (25) Siddhartha starts to search new life type after his leaving from Gotoma and Govinda. He must exactly change here, because Samanas life styles are exactly different from his first part of life. Siddhartha explains this decision to Govinda " do not forget, Govinda, that you know belong to the Buddha's holy men. Initially he is deeply involved in this lifestyle, but he grows disillusioned. Their life is spent in deep contemplation and self-denial. Siddhartha starts bored with his lifestyle but he learned something here. He must forget all of his characteristics. His senses, which he had deadened during his ardent Samanas years, were again awakened. He learned Buddha's teaching but this didn't satisfy him. He want to achieve Nirvana means discover pure. It is a painful existence, but one that brings Siddhartha closer to experiencing Atman. He tasted rich, food, sex and he become ordinary people. He gave up all pleasures of real life (world); money, food, and clothes and satisfies the body. When he meets this woman, he starts to feel something that he didn't feel them before that time.
