             1. Geographic and Competitive concerns: These will help us to understand a better view of the population and the area distribution as well as diversification.
             2. Government influences: government influences might include, trade policies, taxes, interest rate policies, area development, etc.
             3. Economic conditions: these will include the business cycles and the booms and the development of the economy.
             3:) Assume that as a result of HR planning a hospital identifies a shortage of physical therapist but a surplus of administrative workers. Discuss what actions might be taken to address these problems.

This would help a company or any employee to be warned in advanced before any mistake. Meanwhile positive enforcements would be the benefits that a employee would receive in order to obey the terms and conditions specified. These would be in the form of leave with pay holidays, or extra pay, bonuses, etc.
             The rewards to reduce absenteeism would be in 2 ways:
             1: Disciplinary Approach: These would be a strict approach in the form of a warning or dismissal of the employee.
             2: Positive reinforcements: These can be in the form of cash, recognition, time-off, bonuses, etc.
             3: Combination approach: this would be a mixture of both disciplinary and positive approach.
             The rewards of reducing turnover would be:
             1: Compensation: This would give a mindful relaxation to the employee on not to go for another
