Red pill or Blue pill?

Would I take the red pill or the blue pill? One of my pet peeves is not knowing the truth. I would definitely take the red pill. Even if it were painful or traumatizing I would still want the truth. When I first saw the Matrix in a movie theater I started questioning everything. It made me doubt a lot of things about my life. That is why I took philosophy class in the first place. I needed answers. I’m similar to Thomas Anderson in a lot of ways. Doubting existence so that we may find the true world. This life can’t be it. There has to be more to it then going through everyday the same. Taking the same road. I see my family doing the same thing day in and day out. I don’t want to live my life so repetitively. There has to be something else to it. If this is the real world then I’m sorry for it. But what is real? What describes real? If it’s only what you can see, hear, taste, or feel then real is simply electrical signals sent to the brain. I would want to continue to feel like Alice tumbling down the rabbit hole. Search for something beyond my five senses.

The Matrix is not an intentionally a Christian film; hi

. . .

We must be able to live on even if our world is turned upside down.

There is also correlation to lucid dreaming and astral projection as it is practiced by Neo-pagans and some students of the Kabbalah. Apollo was the god of truth and oracles) everybody was wearing black except Switch. Neo was trusting Morpheus and he was ‘reborn’ to the world of the real. The process of learning to operate in the truth is a key process for myself as well as Neo. Trinity and Morpheus could both serve at times not only to represent God, but also Christians in the roles of evangelist and disciple. One thing I found weird is when they take Neo to see the Oracle, (Delphi from Greek myth. That has to be significant I just can't figure out how since Switch is a secondary character.

I’m also similar to Neo in some ways because I like to think I’m in control of my own destiny. Jesus was sacrificed for the good of the many. nts from various philosophies and religions are sprinkled throughout. He was taking communion or something. Neo must then learn to walk in faith as he faces formidable enemies and ultimately triumphs. But I do understand that there are things that are out of my control.
