These lyrics from Rage Against the Machine are one of the very best examples of breaking boundaries using words. This is an outcry of anarchy trying to tell people how they feel about the government. Boundaries in the music community are broken every day and every time an artist writes lyrics; sometimes you just have to listen a little harder. Every band has a point to put across to their listeners and they do so by breaking boundaries with words.
             The Beatles, one of histories greatest rock bands, were prolific at breaking boundaries. Their music was some of the most influential ever written. Every song that they sang was about feelings that they were having or had in the past. At first their music was loved by teenagers and hated by parents. One moment everybody loved them, then John Lennon says, "We are bigger than Jesus" and then there are bonfires completely made up of Beatles' albums. Even after all that, the Beatles are still one of the world's most popular bands. That is an example of breaking boundaries at its best. Then on top of all that, some of their later work was very influenced by drug use and people knew it was but didn't care because they liked the message they were receiving from the band. In the song title, Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds, each capitalized letter spells out LSD. The lyrics, "Picture yourself in boat in a river with tangerine trees and marmalad...
