Reading Edgar Allan Poe’s stories might not have you sleeplessly frightened yet one would still feel the fear, the anxiety, and the madness Mr. Poe expresses in his most descriptful ways. One can easily deduce that Poe was either a psychological genious or a complete madman. In order to prove the validity of these prepositions put forward, an analysis of his works is quite evident. We can start our investigation with one of the most infamous of works, The Tell-Tale Heart.
