Resolved that The United Federal government should establish a Foreign policy significantly limiting the use of weapons of mass destruction

Because I agree with this viewpoint, I stand resolved that: The United States Federal Government should establish a foreign policy significantly limiting the use of weapons of mass destruction.

To fully understand the resolution, we must first identify all key terms. Definitions come from the American Heritage High School dictionary.
