Resolved that The United Federal government should establish a Foreign policy significantly limiting the use of weapons of mass destruction

             Because I agree with this viewpoint, I stand resolved that: The United States Federal Government should establish a foreign policy significantly limiting the use of weapons of mass destruction.
             To fully understand the resolution, we must first identify all key terms. Definitions come from the American Heritage High School dictionary.
             United States- a country of central and NW North America with coastlines on the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. It includes the non contiguous states of AK and HI ad various island territories in the Caribbean Sea and Pacific Ocean. Capital is Washington D.C. Population is 24,963,692
             Federal- of, relating to, or being a form of government in which individual states recognize the seventy of a central authority but retain certain powers.
             Government- exercise of authority in a political unit; rule.
             Foreign policy- the diplomatic policy of a nation in its interaction with other nations
             Significant- having or expressing a meaning; meaningful
             Limit- to confine or restrict within a boundary or bounds
             Use- to put into service or apply for a purpose; employ
             Weapon- a means used to defend or defeat another
             Mass- large in comparison with what is typical or usual
             Destruction- the cause or means of destroying
