Terrorism

Just about everybody has heard about the events that took place on September 11, 2001, but not everybody feels the same way about how our country should be handling the situation. Many people feel that we should retaliate on the terrorrist's evil deeds by resorting to the famous "eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth mentality." Many others are completely against war because of the many innocent people that will most definitely be slaughtered throughout Afghanastan and possibly here in America. War is not a pretty thing no matter which way it is looked at. Something must be done to stop terrorism. I have come up with a solution that I believe will make both sides happy.
There are plenty of powerful reasons for people to be extreamly angry at Osama bin Laden. He and his men have caused many deaths of innocent women and children in the World Trade Center, The Pentagon, and now with the threats of Anthrax. To make these very upset people feel better they must get revenge. Revenge can be a very dirty thing when it comes to causing even more innocent deaths and suffering. War on Afghanastan will also be very expensive for American taxpayers and will also make Osama even more determined to do away with America.
The other way to keep from resorting to the eye for an eye mentality would be to not go to war at all, but this would also not do us any good because the terrorists would feel powerful and continue to destroy our homeland. Justice would not be served.
In order to stop Osama's terrorism and not go to war we must put up a fifty million dollar ransom on Osama bin Laden's head. Everybody will be looking for him, including his own people, and soon his cause will die with him. Without Osama's leadership and his money his people are nothing. Terrorism will end and justice will be served.
