College Student Stress: Easy Come, Difficult Handle, Hard Be Gone. " The sum of the biological reactions to any adverse stimulus, physical, mental or emotional, internal or external, that tends to disturb the organism homeostasis, should these compensating reactions be inadequate or inappropriate, they may lead to disorders (Online Medical Dictionary).Why college students usually are the one who be stressed most?College students want to improve their future, they enroll in programs that allow them to get the better job. In order to do that students have to learn to fit into new world. Also the cost of education is very expensive, students are forced to work while they are still in school. They have to spend time to work and can not do their homework at work, they have to stay up late, they lose sleep they canno
Hanging out with friend also good for stress relieve but if for too much and to long also can give students trouble, too. Unfortunately, the side-effect even worse than the real problem such as: "upset stomach, headache, difficulty in sleeping, drowsiness, anxiety, and nervous- often", no ones wants to suffer the pain they start to take more and more or they have to use some other heavier drug such as: marijuana, or even heroin to relieve their stress because their body already built the tolerance to the drugs. Sugar, caffeine can use as stress reliever, they can cause a sudden rise in blood sugar lead to an immediate boost in Happy Messenger level. "Learn to manage stress is one thing student have to learn, but how to relieve stress is another thing students should learn while in college There are many ways to manage stress, for example, many students use yoga to relieve stress, a good massage is also needed to help to take students' mind off of their worries, and relaxation is also good stress relievers. Allow enough time to study, don't wait until the last minutes, when you cannot do lots of research for you works. Students need to learn to balance demands and try to do the best they can. Student who can set priority for time schedule are the one will finish college with out stress overcome. Stresses easily occur to student while they are still in school, but define and handle stress to become a successful person are other thing for student to learn. And finally, according to The Counseling Center for Human Development" of University of South Florida, "cooperation with all the sources can found on the campus to help us controlling our stress because we will not feel alone. On top of all, students are required to meet all education standards and on time. This forces them to go to work while they have to take heavily classes. And before you know, you become a heavy drug user other than a successful person. Here are some advisements that I collected from the Internet: We must prioritize our life.
