But hate groups like the KKK are becoming a problem, and some people think they should be banned. In America there is a thing called the constitution it states that Americans have the Freedom of speech and the freedom of assembly. Like the Boys Scouts, if you are gay you can not join the Boys Scouts. Therefore our constitutional that have been around for over two hundred years be changed or taken away. If we did not have the Freedom of Speech no one would be able to talk badly about the Government, without getting in trouble. Another constitutional right is the freedom of speech. We must protect our rights, the freedom we take for granted, but in other countries they are dieing to try to get them. It is there right to do that if they do not want gays in their group then they wont let them in. There are lots of groups that discriminate. ever they believe in and they can assemble, if they are not harmful to others. This gives the right to protest or start group on just about anything you can think of. Without this right we would not be able to speech our minds. Finally if we start banning hate groups where does it stop. Hate groups are a small part of this and they should not ruin it for everyone. We must keep our constitutional rights , The Freedom of speech, and the Freedom of assembly the way they are. Should peoples rights be taken away so others feel better that, so that nothing is offending. To speech out on anything you believe in.
