The Nausea iscaused from the over rush of adrenaline, and makes the stomach irritated. Any other member in the audiencewould not do much better in the performer's place. The performer should know that theaudience realizes performing is a hard thing to do. Overcoming stage fright is a very hard process for performers, since stage frightcan come very harsh to some. The most commonsymptom of stage fright is the nervous sweat. After the nervous sweat, is Nausea and uncontrollable shaking. There are many different types of symptoms for stage fright. Slight spasmsof regurgitation may occur from the Nausea, as well as oversalivation. Picturing success gives the performer abetter chance of mapping out the performance, and not make a mistake. Nearly 40% of every actor, musician, juggler, speaker, or other type of performer getstage fright. Stage Fright is a dreadful thing that seems to only happen to the best performers. Fainting andBlacking out is a symptom for those who have severe stage fright.
