Death

             The air was cold and crisp, stars glistening in the sky. My breath was trapped in the cold icy air. Leaves showered down on the ground while the blowing wind whistled through the empty streets of Bayville. The howling of a dog fills my ears, cars lurching in the nearby bushes. The stumbling of a drunken neighbor echoes through the empty autumn air. Rustle in the wind ease the eager one with a chill down her spine.
             Her sweet voice slithered in my ear, words that only warmed the soul of the beloved. I stared into her warm soft eyes, felt her smooth silky skin. Warmth speared throughout my body, overwhelmed in joy. My arms wrapped around her as if I was a snake about to strangle it prey. Energy pulsated through my body with love for this kind being. My mind was clear from hate, rage, anger and that I despised. Her hand brushed against my coarse, bleak face, melted into a cheerful grin. The streetlight glimmered on her face, an angelic figure gazing upon me. I heard neighbors screaming "GET ON WITH IT!!!" With disgust of the destroyed, I felt as if we were being watched on one of those soap operas and viewers were being impatient.
             With our moment ruined, we headed towards her humble abode. Our footsteps echo's poured onto the empty streets. The streetlights flickered. Shadows engulfed the houses on the street so; I could only see the lights in someone's room. Her silence was interrupted by a question, "Do you need a ride home?" with a smile that could crack the coldest person in the world. With a smile I responded, "Nah, I can mange walking, I love the cold." "Are you sure?" her left brow up in questioning me, "My dad can drive you home."
             An icy gust grabbed me by the throat and choked me. I heard stories of her dad beating her last boyfriend. The sight of a cracked skull with blood spilling out the nostrils and eyeholes, spoke with an
