Future Careers

             As we all know change is inevitable, and in order to survive, we must keep up with these changes. We live in a world which is constantly evolving, and therefore, constantly generating new needs and requirements. The professional aspect is not exempt of this constant and permanent upgrade, so that is why professions and careers in this new century had evolved, and will continue evolving in order to adapt to the persistently changing society. Several different aspects had been taken in account in order to develop careers able to fulfill the necessities of our world and society.
             During the sixteenth century, only five faculties were available in Mexico, where disciplines like retorics, didactics, Latin, philosophy, theology, laws, sacred writings and mathematics were imparted. Nowadays, far away from that concept of religious education and closer to a practical focus, there are in Mexico many institutions that would let you choose from a varied menu of professions that cover from the humanistic area to administration, arts and sciences in all of its branches. But soon all this careers will seem to us as archaic as the ones taught during the colonization, because there are many factors that are changing it all. Why? One word...
             Globalization is one of the most important aspects of this changing world, and society. Therefore all the new careers and professions should consider globalization as a task to fulfill satisfactorily. Globalization has affected almost every human activity, and that is why it has shaped drastically the structure of new careers.
