Five Year Career Development Plan
As the Director of Human Resources for Worldwide Wonder Products goals and objectives need to be clearly established and defined. Is this fast running pace business environment nothing can be managed using destiny. Worldwide Wonder Products it's already a global company that needs to confront its rivals with global strategies and global goals. My goals as the Director of Human Resources I will commit my self in developing a plan in which cultural diversity will be the main issue to take care of. We have people with different languages, values and customs and understanding their needs will give us an idea of what our people expects from us. Assessment will continuously be used as the main tool to obtain information about the people that is making Worldwide Wonder Products goals possible. I
I truly hope that my futures endeavors are reach but more than all that WWP recognizes my effort, my reached goals and the place were I will place WWP in the next five years. By making WWP plans possible my professional satisfaction will be greatly combined with my personal goals. I will extremely be awarded if besides of probably having more income and better opportunities, the WWP family recognizes that their personal goals were reach due to my vision and ambition of making WWP not only a workplace but also a dream-maker. Analyzing skills will definitely be a basic tool in making things possible, having the capacity of measuring results and improving any strategies or methods. If we have high personnel rotation this means that our people don't agree with the way we are making things possible, or that probably we are not offering what they are looking for. understand that people have their personal goals and that hey are expecting WWP to help them to achieve such goals. This will motivate me even more in improving what I have done. Recognizing new routes of action in case that our results are not the ones we expected. I obviously expect that recognition will not only be in words but also in labor compensations. I want people to feel part of the WWP family, not only as another resource but also as a partner and with this try to make a merge between WWP goals and their personal goals. Measuring their seniority, their promotions, their production, their quality, performance, social relations, and also their opinion of the current methods that WWP have to evaluate and recognize their efforts. I will have satisfaction when the people that conforms the WWP family is reaching their personal goals with the plans and strategies I defined for them and also I will have satisfaction when WWP recognized that what I did made our company stronger, with more globally presence and acceptance in the market. I will develop a system that will be capturing all our personnel history in which statistics will play an important role. I will have the opportunity of giving my family a better heritage, and the opportunity of understanding that in life PLANS are indispensable to reach personal and professional satisfaction.
