Q. – How come god let all those people die?
             A. – When god made the earth he was please with it. It was a beautiful place and there was not death in it. But when Adam sinned, all kinds of evil entered the world including death. (1 Corinthians 15:21-22) The reason that all those people died is because there is evil in the world, and that evil is inside of people.
             Q. – I feel so scared. If someone can blow up New York then how am I supposed to feel safe?
             A. – There is only one safe place – in the hands of God. God promises to be with Christians all the time (Isaiah 43:2). God never promised to be with them in hard times.
             A. – It all points to the return of Jesus Christ. None of this is a surprise to Jesus. 2000 years ago He said that events like this would precede His return, and He warned His audience to be ready for it (Luke 21:10-11, 26-33).
             Q. – Will life return to normal?
             A. – Only if you let it. When something this catastrophic has happened in the pas it has changed the way people live. Noah lived 5000 years ago. God warned Noah about a flood that would wipe out the entire earth. Noah told everyone but they just kept living life as usual. Then when the water started pouring down, everyone got scared. They cried out for help but it was too late because they never got ready for the flood. (Matthew 24:36-44)
             Q. – How can I be sure that I will be ready when Jesus comes back?
             A. – The only way that anyone can be ready for the return of Jesus is be on His side. This involves a prayer and a lifestyle change. The Bible says in Romans 10:9 "...that if you confess your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."
