             Is Bigger Really Better: Analyzing the Ideal Company
             "When I grow up, I want to be an Accountant and I want to make a lot of money and have a big house and a big car and two children and I don't want a wife because girls are icky." This is what one heard when they solicited a child regarding there adult hood. Personally, I have never witnessed someone asking a child, you want to work for a corporation or under a sole-proprietor. Although this is an extremely important issue for an individual pursuing post-secondary education, it is probably the last thing a student would consider a year and a half prior to graduation. Nevertheless, this assignment has allowed me to be creative, inquisitive, and has also stimulated my insight as to where I would like to work once graduation is no longer a goal, but it becomes reality.
             To begin, an individual with accounting as a primary major has a countless selection of accounting firms, small businesses, large businesses and even schools to choose from when determining the kind of company that would be superlative for a specific person. It is not an easy decision, so when embarking upon this assignment the best aim to take was to distinguish each type of company, large and small, research the advantages and disadvantages of working for each. There are several things that I had to ask myself when I undertook this endeavor. Questions, such as, what is sincerely important to me, what will benefit me and how will my choices affect those people around me that I care about greatly. Understanding myself, what I desired and what mattered most and what was the reason behind choosing accounting as a major all played a vital role in the outcome of my quest.
