The American Dream

I believe that the American dream is not established as one thing. I think that the American dream can be a lot of many different things. Such as a car or something like a house land maybe even some clothing. No one really knows what the American dream is as far as us Americans are concerned the American dream could be living in America. I well what I am trying to say is no one really knows what the American dream is I think that the "American dream" all depends on a lot of things such as income, location, religion and culture. I believe that no one has the exact same "American dream" I believe that everyone has different standards and opinions of how their own little "American dream" would be. Everyone has a picture of a specific house or property or maybe even cars or jewelry you never know. You can't go out and poll everyone that lives in America and ask him or her what his or her perfect little picture of the "American dream" is

I don't think a lot of people from around the world have the same thought about America but I think that our history has affected them just a little on their thought about our country. I think that people from other countries have their own little picture of the "American dream" it might be as simple as a stable government, economy or even society. I bet all Americans would love to have well paying job that has good insurance doesn't take up a lot of time, and something that you like to do. If you don't get what in trying to say ill explain a little better. I just don't believe that any one person can say that the "American dream" is one specific thing I think it is a lot of different things that people think and feel and can get a hold of such as land, wealth, and things of that nature. There are always jobs that you would like to but not a lot of jobs you want to do so in a sense there is an "American dream job". I believe that if all people do not have an "American dream" but a goal of what they would like to accomplish in their lifetime or a level in society that they would like to be in. People just keep climbing the economic ladder and struggle to stay up there. As a lot of people can see rich people and poor people have different "American dreams" a rich person's dream might be to one day own a small island and have a huge castle and own a lot of cars houses property and live off your saved money. As a poor persons dream might be to one day own some land maybe a horse and a little house and he will plant some crops and live off "the fat of the land" as stated in the book of mice and men. Unless you are Michael Jordan or a infamous rapper who gets paid to make smart sounding lyrics or catchy rhymes The world would be a better place if we all got rid of the "American dream" and just called It your "personal goal" or maybe even a "life time achievement" I don't know but its not really the an "American dream" its your own dream and your own thoughts, that you made and you thought up based on your morals and standards of living. There are also a lot of other things such as an "American dream car", "American dream house" and so on and so forth but in a way its all the same thing because people are struggling to be where they are or get what they get.
