Romeo and Juliet

In the play one of the most major supporting actors was the friar Lawrence. Much of the tragic events in the story would not have happened if it was not for him. He is the one who married Romeo and Juliet, if he had not done that, or waited, the play might not have ended so tragically. Not only did he marry them, when things turned bad, he did not tell there parents or the prince, he tried to solve it. The plan he devised for solving it was very dangerous and risky. This was probably just to cover up his mistake of marrying them. In the end his actions probably caused the death of both Romeo and Juliet, but if not for him helping out the plot R

With out the nurse Romeo and Juliet might not have even known each others name. omeo and Juliet might not be the legendary play that is now.

Through out the play there are characters that appear to be just minor characters who do not have much affect on the play. This might have never happened if it wasn’t for Mercutio. If she did this earlier it might have prevented the end from being so tragic. After they start begging talk of marriage, the nurse becomes a messenger between them. When a closer look is taken it can be seen that they play a very important role in helping the plot along. Then Romeo is banished and separated from Juliet and every thing gets worse from there. She lets Juliet know when she is to meet her Romeo to get married.

One of the more minor characters in the play is Mercutio. If not for her the two of them might never have become close to each other. They fight and Mercutio fall’s forcing Romeo to avenge Mercutio’s death. When Tybalt comes over he asks where Romeo is and tells him he is who he wants to fight.
