             2. SHE CITES TO THE FOLLOWING VERSE-RIGHT AT THE BEGINNING OF THE BOOK-
             Live life then with a due sense of responsibility, not as men who do not know the meaning and purpose of life but as those who do. Make the best use of your time , despite all the difficulties of these days. Don't be vague but firmly grasp what you know to be the will of God.
             Beattitudes were written in the following order:
             -Lord places meekness and modesty as a basis for the entire spiritual life
             And the Lord ended with the following conclusion:
             -if the person keeps his virtues and reaches purity of heart and peace b/t him and the Lord-devils will envy him and stir persecution up against him b/c of his righteousness
             Ex. Blessed are those who are persecuted....
             Not only is a religious life a spiritual warfare-but we also have another duty for the sake of others-so after the Lord explained the Beattitudes he stated the following verses:
             You are the salt of the earth ; you are the light of the world . Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven."
             Please remember that the aramaic meaning of this word means BOTH happiness and blessing at the same time !!!!!!!
             B. BLESSED ARE THE POOR IN SPIRIT FOR THEIRS IS THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN (MATT 5:3)
             -This beattitude means that Christ wants us to be humble-and for those who follow it will receive the eternal kingdom of heaven.
             - the reward shows that God does not want us to be concerned with anything on earth--
