The physical fitness unit in gym class is in my opinion the best unit we do in Lincoln Way. The reasons for this are plenty. In the physical fitness unit everybody is on the same team. When people are uncomfortable with their bodies they tend to not feel good about themselves. The physical fitness unit is a unit that should be enjoyed by all, for many reasons. You can be working on increasing your cardio/respiratory fitness and still have fun talking and laughing with your friends. Some of these reasons are that it helps develop your level of physical fitness, it helps you feel good about yourself and most importantly it is fun. The physical fitness room helps change your body composition and make you feel comfortable with your body. In some units you do not get to be on the same team as your friends. I think more people should learn to love the physical fitness if not only because it is so beneficial to our classmates and ourselves. This is but one of the reasons the physical fitness unit is so great. This unit also helps you feel good about yourself. It is a wonder why all people don't enjoy the physical fitness unit. The cycle that we take greatly helps develop our muscular strength and muscular endurance as well. The physical fitness unit can only help so I think it is great.
