Every person experiences stress one way or another, and everyone has their own way of handling it. Some ignore their problems while others face them. Stress can either harm you or make you who you are. When I have stress, I chose to let it make me into a stronger person, to focus and channel otherwise wasted energy into productive activity when possible -which happily for me is most of the time.Everyone has stress, and we all have different stressors, the causes of stress.I see this in some of the customers who come to my salon, a place to get away and relax for a part of the day. To forget about having too many credit card payments, relationship or employment problems, among other things. Choosing a new color of nail polish and chatting with us is certainly a stress reducer!There are various types of stress, some minor, and easily dealt with and other major stress factors such as financial or health problems. We all experience them atsome point in our lives, if they aren't coped with, they can cause major problems.

Rest and relaxation are the best ways to prevent illness due to stress. Things you normally look forward to may seem like a burden. Most research studies indicate a high correlation between stress and illness. Calming of the body in itself works to relieve stress. Stress can not always be avoided, but it can almost always be treated. Stress is both additive and cumulative. When the human body is understress, Adrenaline is poured into the bloodstream. Many friendships have broken down because of excessive stress. A stressed person has a bad influence on the work/school atmosphere. Untreated, these symptoms may lead to physical illness. My method for dealing with the pressure in life is by knowing that first, tomorrow is another day and is completely different than today or yesterday. When we perceive such an event, we experience what stress researchers call the fight or flight response.
