11th September

On 11th September 2001, four American Civilian planes were high jacked. Two of the planes were rammed into the Twin World Trade Center Towers, one was crashed into the Pentagon and last one was crashed on open land. This horrifying act of terrorism was apparently planned by Osama bin Laden who was upset with the attitude of the Americans toward Muslims.

I strongly believe that terrorism is a crime that has been ignored for quite some time. It is like a weed in a garden that has been allowed to grow and the weed is now chocking other plants. It is, as a matter of fact, chocking lives of hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians that had nothing to do with the actions taken by the administration in Washington DC.

I think that terrorism is just an excuse for harming innocent people for the sake of self-satisfaction. I think that it is no worse than Satan worship. There are absolutely no foundations for the acts that are being done, because, if the people were really feeling mistreated, they would consider how they feel that before killing other innocent civilians. They would know how it feels to have half of a family killed an

. . .

This is a task that most of the countries should take the initiative to go forward with. The Muslim countries will save their skin and the US could find some help from them just because they will be obliged to do so. However, I think that the United States can make a lot of profit for it’s own economy by helping the common people of Afghanistan fight against terror, for they will eventually be obliged to provide things like fuel to the US at cheaper prices, which will positively effect the US economy. Although I doubt that this will ever happen in reality, just the political move to do so will bring a positive effect to both the countries. To live peacefully we need to be perfect people. I think that America should gain worldwide support to fight terrorism and replace dictatorship with democracy, especially in Afghanistan, where the innocent are suffering terribly. It is a very difficult situation, which affects their lives, and I think that they should thoroughly examine the pros and the cons before making a decision. So we should just cross our fingers, hope and pray that whatever happens, happens for the good. Besides, they have really been challenged to a war and they can’t just ignore the challenge, for the sake of national security. d therefore, they wouldn’t kill other families. The term jihad and the phrase in the Koran, which says ‘Slay the unbeliever’ don’t apply to the modern times.

I think that the other Islamic countries should be supporting America because this war cannot be called a jihad.

We can’t do much other than talk and write essays about things like this that effect our lives.

The other Muslim countries should take this as a golden opportunity to tell people all around the world that they are with the good guys.
