Application Essay

I have had a relationship with my Lord for about 14 years. Most friendships don’t last that long. People change and as you grow older new people come in and out of your life just as easily and sometimes as quickly as the seasons. It's hard to fathom that anyone could be a friend with someone for 14 years and He has never hated him or her and never wished they weren't his friends. It’s hard to think that even when I lied and cheated He still loved me. I've never seen this relationship in any human being, but I don’t need to because

I often weep and became so grateful that God brought me to repentance with His unfailing kindness. I met a friend named Peter who attended Resurrection Life and decided to go along with him one week. I appreciate the time you put in to this. I complained as church would now take longer because of the drive home and back. I love the Saturday night service, the Sunday morning service, the Sunday night service, and the Wednesday night service. I absolutely love my church and two years ago, !

if you had told me I would say that I probably would have called you a liar. It was almost like my life didn't have any support beams, so I easily crumbled to the ground. I know that sounds a little weird especially with the previous statement (". But when little disasters hit I collapsed. I wasn't strong enough to stand on my own. :) I don’t tell you this to brag about what an amazingly devoted Christian I am, but I did think that I should clarify the "church question" for you.

Thank you all very much for taking time to read my essay even though I rambled on a bit long. I have known so many humans that fail others; I couldn't even comprehend what it meant to have a friend who loved me no matter how bad I messed up. I felt the spirit of GOD like never before in my life.
